Possible to highlight already read threads

Just wondering if you could make it so threads or topics with new post could be highlighted just to make it easier for people to figure out what they have and have not read already

I am going to see if thats possible, I don't think it is but I will test some things, it is quite confusing tho I agree.

its not so bad I kind of figured just look at the last hours posted but still takes a little extra time, guess im just lazy :)
