New Member Groups

Hey well as many of you may have seen we now have the ability to establish who is an admin, sponsor, mod, or field owner on the site with the new Members Groups feature enabled.  This is now a much easier way to see exactly who is who on here now. 

I am thinking of expanding this to have a Team Owners group, possibly a Supporting Member group if we have enough interested members in some of these ideas as well.  We are still discussing more ideas and we would love to hear what you all have to suggest and what you think of the feature!

I think it's really cool and practical to be honest! i really like the idea of having a team owner and supporting member group as well! Hey, just a thought: it would be cool to have a group set up for members that joined the site early; like the original 100 people that joined the site could have a group. Like a longtime loyalty group, y'know?

I like the loyalty group idea, I will try to think of a way to incorporate that or something similar.  Great idea thanks for the feedback.

Okay I have been thinking of a way to incorporate the original crew and heres what I have come up with.  Anyone who joined the site in the year it was created (2010) can send me a PM asking to get into the Founding members crew.  This is just a nice little feature we have to say thanks to those of you who were first on the scene and supported us while we became everything that we are today!  Feel free to PM me whenever as long as you joined by Dec 31 2010 you can get into the group!  Look at Steve Winklers page if you want to see what the tag will look like.

Jeff people can only be in 1 group at a time.  Rama and you are in the field owners group, if you rather be in the Foundin members group I can change it for you, just let me know which one you would rather have.
