Hey Im new to airsoft and I have this electric M4A1 that I want to make more powerful. It runs on a 4.8v battery (kinda low) and I was wondering if I were to swap it with 7.2v battery wuld that make the gun stronger?

Hey I moved this to the right section, but changing the battery voltage wont increase your fps or make your gun better, but it will mostlikely increase its rate of fire from what I understand.  What kind of gun do you have tho what brand is it running such low voltage batteries?  Or are you using lipos?

Its a WELL D94S

Oh ouch, that gun is not even worth wasting any more money on.  If you plan to attend real airsoft games like you see posted on here that gun will not stand up with the rest.  You might want to get a metal gearbox gun that shoots much better and they are much better quality and will last alot longer too.

Yeah I know it sucks :P but i dont really have a lot of money with me at the moment to buy a professional airsoft gun.

Yeah that is understandable.  I would suggest start saving up.  You can get a decent gun for like $150-$200 that will have a metal gearbox, and nicer battery and charger and stuff.  If you have never seen a metal gearbox gun before, they are much much better and will last alot longer then the plastic ones.
