Looking For A Team

I'm 14 and looking for a team in the Pittsburgh area. I live in Erie so anything closer would be amazing. I'm looking for a fairly active team and I am willing to be trained and work very hard to learn how to communicate with teammates etc. Currently I have a spring SVD Dragunov. In a few weeks or so I am looking to upgrade to a Elite Force Umarex M4 CQB AEG by ARES, and I will also be purchasing a sight and some other gear.
