I make custom piston heads (steel and aluminum) for all pistol gas blowback guns

This piston heads replace your old piston lids that usually break or dont create a complete seal on the gas nossel loader that leads to weak blowback and fail to load the next round in the chamber.

This piston heads I make give a more responsive blowback, last longer and is cheaper to upkeep.

I make this out of solid cold roled steel in one piece design for c02 gas blowback pistols and T6 light weight aluminum for propane or green gas users. They come with a thick high pressure oring. They are easy to intall.

Here are some pictures to show what they look like made for a kjw glock 26 and a TanioKova H&k VP70M :

Glock26 on the right and H&k VP70M on the left:

Here you can see the aluminum piston head on the left and the steel one on the right with their respective metal round rods on the top (notice the steel one in one piece made and both have a concave groove around the center to create more gas pressure againt the face of the piston head):

Here is intalation on the glock26:

Here notice the longer and thicker recoil spring I made with a rubber shock buffer oring I made to take on the beating and make a faster return to action:

Now here is the H&k VP70M:

There is the the new aluminum piston head next to the old greenish broken piston lid:

Well thats an example of  what you'll get  and if you need this part for any other gas blowback gun just tell me the brand and tipe of gun and I will have it made in no time.

I also make other parts like fly valves that increase FPS, stronger recoil springs that improve rate of fire in all gas blowbacks not only pistols but rifles as well and other custom parts on request.

Fell free to comment and ask any questions and any advice or criticism is welcome as well

Do you have the ability to fab up air nozzles? I've been looking for a machinist that could make one out of aluminum or brass. They don't sell them for the a&k m60, and if it ever goes up, I have a 400$ paperweight.
Steve

Sure Steve, although I have a general Idea of what it looks like on aegs I dont know what the a&k m60 looks like but if it's the same I can make you one, just let me know what material.

Do you have the broken one or at least know the size like how long and such?

I can send you a good sketch. Give you the dimensions and such. Or I can send you the nozzle. It isint broken yet, but it's only a matter of time. It's the same as any air nozzle, just a specific length. Similar the the sr-25(longer than average).
I'll get the sketch done and email it to you as soon as I have time to tear it apart again. Thanks for the quick response.
Steve
Sure thing, you can send me the nossel if you like.

Hey, I'm making this piston heads on nylon, brass, bronce and titanium also :D

So hit me up if you're interested.

I make so far piston heads on:

cold roled steel, stainless steel, titanium, aluminum, brass, bronce, polymer and nylon.

If you ask why so much variety of materials, is because people asked me to make them in so. it's more to choose from but the heavier metals war mostly made for c02 gas blowback pistols although they also work if you use propane and it does add on weight to the recoil.

Here is a custom WA piston I made for the older version Magna R-Type that's 5 years older, Is made of light weight aluminum and has my signature concave groove on the top of the piston head, also the hole is a little bigger to get more gas through.

Here are some pics:

This is the piston before drilling and finishing just to check the oring diameter fit:

Here is next to the new version, the old version I made is on the right and the new version piston is on the left:

Here it's finished:

I like that design for a gas blowback pistol, I might get me one of this WA's they're pretty sweet after some upgrades though. ;)
