Dogs of War Airsoft; Open Recruitment

Dogs of War is now recruiting players from MD, lower PA, and NoVa. DOW has been around since 2008 and many of our older players have moved away/ joined the armed forces/ or stopped playing airsoft. This has left our ranks a little thin, and we are looking to get some fresh blood in here. We like players to be over 18, however there have been rare cases that we have accepted players 16 years of age.

We attend ops on the national level (Lion Claws, AMS, Blacksheep) as well as local ops. We have been playing mostly at PAP as of late, but we are looking to get back to the national level as soon as possible. We can only do this with your help.

How do you become part of DOW? Its simple. Before you can become a recruit, you will have to come out to a local pick up game with us. If you demonstrate the qualities we look for in a player, we will vote to make you a recruit.

If you are offered recruitment, there is a 90 day period where you will be required to acquire all of the necessary gear. Our gear SOPs are being re-written currently, but they are basic and still allows freedom to wear just about any kit you would like.

After your 90 day period is over, the team will vote on our forums to determine if you are given a spot on the team. Generally, if you get this far there is little chance we won't take you. After the voting process is complete, we will give you your team patch and BAM! You're a member of DOW.

I have been to the webpage of DOW, but it states that the recruitment is currently closed. Would you care to clarify? Is DOW currently recruiting a new team member?

DOW IS recruiting team members. Our webmaster has been very busy with work lately and has been unable to change this on our page. Feel free to post int he "Public General Talk" forum to introduce yourself to the team.

Thanks for a prompt reply! I went ahead and registered at the webpage, and am waiting for the posting permission from the admin. Hopefully, the admin may have time to adjust my permission soon. :)

Dogs of War have opened its doors for those certain individuals that meet our criteria...have a team oriented mindset...and will respect one another.
