Chesapeake Airsoft Association (CAA) Cup GPR Tournament Game

Welcome to the first league of Chesapeake Airsoft Association (CAA) Cup GPR Tournament! All members of the CAA are welcomed to join us in this game!

CAA Cup GPR Tournament will be conducted exclusively using the GPR system which controls every aspect of airsoft play eletronically.

The first league of CAA Cup GPR Tournament will be held at the Replay Airsoft Arena located in Glen Burnie, MD on May 28th (5/28/2016) between 12pm and 3pm. All participants will be on RSVP basis. There will be NO WALK-ON. Please use Facebook page to RSVP.

[KEY POLICIES AND RULES]
1. Each squad will be made of 5 players. If your team is consist of more than 5 people, you could form 2 or more separate squads to participate. 
2. All games in the tournament will be strictly using the supplied GPR vests, GPR helmets, and GPR equipped airsoft replicas (ASG Scorpion Evo 3A1 AEGs).
3. All games in the tournament will be 'team death match' with 'unlimited respawns'. games will be using SEMI-AUTO MODE ONLY.
4. Each game will be held during 10 minute period. During each game, each player is given 350rds (70rd x 5 magazines) of BBs to use. 
5. All players are allowed to use radio communication during games. Each squad must use designated radio frequency previously assigned by the tournament administrator. 
6. Even with the GPR system, this tournament is still an airsoft tournament. So, all other general airsoft rules still apply. 
7. But, there is one big difference between this tournament and other airsoft games. WHEN YOU GET A BB HIT OUTSIDE YOUR GPR TARGET AREA, YOU ARE NOT HIT!!! So, please do not stop playing until the GPR system tells you that you are hit.



Finally, here is the schedule of the tournament on 5/28/2016. Please be on time since we have very limited time per each game. Any LATE ARRIVAL OF A SQUAD WILL RESULT IN AUTOMATIC DISQUALIFYING.
10:00am - event opens, all RSVP'd participants report to the administrator for arm bands
11:00am - Group determination
11:30am - MANDATORY safety & rule briefing (any squad late for this briefing will disqualify)
12:00pm - first game starts (10 min game/5 min break)
2:15pm - semi-final starts (10 min game/5 min break)
2:45pm - final game starts (15 min game)
3:00pm - award ceremony, raffle giveout

REGISTRATION
All people who want to participate in the tournament must form a 5 player squad. RSVP can be done via emailing the adminstrator (jameshwag88@hotmail.com).Registration can be done via Eventzilla website. Registration fee for the tournament is $100 per squad ($20 per person). Registration fee must be paid via PayPal at the Eventzilla website (http://www.eventzilla.net/web/event/chesapeake-airsoft-association-caa-cup-gpr-tournament-game-2138858402). Once again, THERE IS NO WALK-ON REGISTRATION ALLOWED.
