  OP!  Two gangs battle for supremacy in the Carilio river valley (Mexi
 co). They will battle for money, power and turf. The police seek to st
 op this.   FACTIONS  - Parliano Mafia Uniform Requirements: Civilian 
 Formal, Suits, Button Downs, Bowler or flat caps, fedoras, trench coat
 s, track suits, leather jackets, jean, Cargos, T-Shirts. Any civilian 
 wear is permitted. (Think Mafia 2, Hitman, Godfather) NO GUCHI TACTICA
 L, NO CAMO. THINK MAFIA. No gear restriction.   - Menéndez Cartel Un
 iform requirements:Cholo Style, Plaid button down, ganster attire, ban
