Event Description

On Sunday, December 4th you can re-fight the Battle of the Bulge at OXCC. This day should be non-stop action from beginning to end!

Information you will need to know:

Biodegradable BBs are required. BB’s (.20 and .25) will be available for $22/bag at thefield or $18/bag during online registration.
Cold smoke only. NO SMOKE THAT YOU HAVE TO LIGHT!
Hydropaks are recommended. Water will be available in the Re-Spawn tents.
Safety/rules briefing will be at 0900 hrs. Prizes will be drawn at this time and YOU MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN!
Goggles: Full face, unmodified paintball goggles are required for players under 18 years of age.No exceptions -- ID required. Players over 18 must wear Ansi Z87.1 or higher goggles with afull seal. Full face protection is highly recommended (Full paintball mask, shemagh, balaclava,etc.) -- Goggles only is at the user’s choice. Please note the increased chance of painful face shots could occur.
Period uniforms (i.e., German or American 1940's mil) are NOT required (all camo is acceptable) – HOWEVER, there will be a prize for BEST DRESSED Soldier in period attire.
Velocity limits: AEG limits are 420 w/.20g bb's with a 25' Minimum Engagement Distance (MED). Sniper limits are 600 w/.20g bb's with a 125' Minimum Engagement Distance (MED).
Each team is allowed to have only three (3) designated snipers that may shoot from Bastogne at 600 fps. (125' MED still applies.) Snipers will have to qualify to use a sniper rifle above 420 fps. This will require a proof of recognizing minimum engagement distances. OXCC requires a 125 ft. engagement range for all snipers, which will be strictly enforced.
No knives, tripwires, explosives, incendiaries or any other items that can be dangerous are permitted.
Our insurance policy prohibits alcohol or firearms on the property.
There will be food available for sale on site.

no uniform restrictions ... BOTB has always been a arm tape event ... red vs blue

no mag restrictions

the waiver has the information about ages but they do not have to be present

Admin Comment by Matt G. on November 1, 2011 at 9:26pm: I am not sure on the mags, almost positive there is going to be uniform requirements tho all of that info will be released closer to the event. And for the waiver I think they just have to sign but I could be mistaken.

Midcaps only, or are Highcaps going to be allowed?
Do you need to have some sort of camo?(My friends just roll with civi clothes and a chest rig) and can said camo just be Black? (Don't have any camo BDUs atm)
Parents, do they need to be present, or just need to sign a waiver(both my friends and me are 17 and responsible)
